The climatisation of the office space is achieved by two water/zeolite-based adsorption chillers (chillii®ISC10). The driving energy of the refrigerator is provided by a combined heat and power plant (CHP). The recooling of the chillers is achieved by dry recoolers with speed-controlled EC motors and peak load spraying. Heat recovery with preheater and open space heating was realized. The control of the cooling system is handled by our chillii® System Controller.
The overall efficiency of the system is increased by circulation pumps with high-efficiency technology (energy label A). The cold storage was realized by a converted oil tank as a cold water storage.
