The climatisation of the office building (including the showroom) is achieved with a water/zeolite based refrigerator (chillii®ISC7). The drive energy for the chiller is delivered by a cogeneration unit (CHP) and a solar thermal system. The chiller is recooled with a dry cooler with speed-controlled EC pumps and peak load spraying. The control of the cooling system is handled by our chillii® System Controller.
The overall efficiency of the system is increased by circulation pumps with high-efficiency technology (energy label A). The cold distribution in the summer is managed with climate-controlled floors, fancoils and cooling ceilings. The heat distribution in the winter is managed via additional floor heating systems. The peak load cover in winter is carried out by a gascondensing boiler.
